Here are some ways that I can help you implement Community Activation in your work.
* I offer a 6-week training course called Group Thinking Sessions for Community Activation.
* For more targeted attention, I offer customized services like consulting, coaching, and contracting.

Group Thinking Sessions for Community Activation
For individuals, businesses, and organizations that prefer a group setting to explore ways to build and improve their community.
Cohort Program
You join a small cohort of participants who are planning to build or are actively engaged in community building. We meet for a total of 6 sessions (once every 2 weeks). To help guide the discussion, each session focuses on a theme like understanding community, governance, participation, communication, and infrastructure. You’ll also get a chance to workshop the specific challenges you have in your community building, learn from each other, and join a community of other community activators. Sliding Scale – Pay what you can!
Recommended: $350 for solopreneurs & $450 for organizations
To indicate interest and be added to a WaitList, please fill out the Interest Form. If you have a group of people who are interested in participating in this program, we can also organize a Sessions at any time during the year.
Customized Sessions
I host sessions on different aspects of Community Activation such as:

Each session is 1.5 to 2 hours long and can be customized for a specific group. This online facilitated session includes presentation of material and interactive participation.

I aim to be as transparent, equitable, and inclusive with my pricing. Rates are determined based on how much the requested work might vary from the norm. If you have a financial barrier, please do let me know. It’s important to me that community activation can get to the people who need it the most.
Consulting & Coaching
Customized sessions that last ~1 hour. Appropriate for open-ended goals like exploring ideas, identifying problems, and developing solutions.

Community Building & Training
Activities that benefit from continuous and consistent attention, like community building, training, and program development.
